Waterford Plantation Committee Purposes

A. Waterford Plantation Amenities Committee
Help insure all members understand and comply with all HOA Amenity Rules and Guidelines. Be the working committee for reviewing and recommending appropriate revisions or additions to the HOA Amenity Rules and Guidelines. Develop and maintain effective scheduling and usage guidelines for all group activities at the Amenities Complex.

B. Waterford Plantation Beautification Committee
Conduct routine inspections of HOA common areas and insure all members appropriately respect and utilize these areas - report any findings of concern to the management company and or Board Liaison. Work with the management company to insure HOA landscaper and maintenance contractors perform their duties as contracted. Provide recommendations to the Board for any desired landscape changes or additions to the common areas.

C. Waterford Plantation Modifications Committee
Conduct routine drive-by review of HOA home-sites to insure members are following the HOA covenants, restrictions and Waterford Plantation Modification Guidelines.
Report any concerns that need addressing to the management company. Submit to the Board any recommended changes to the covenants, restrictions or Modification Guidelines.
